These terms govern your use of the Stockline Supply Co. website and your purchases from us, whether as a retail customer or an approved wholesale dealer. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Retail orders are paid by card at checkout via Stripe. Approved dealer accounts may be offered invoice/net terms at our discretion; unpaid invoices may result in suspension of dealer pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability.
Wholesale / Dealer Accounts
Dealer pricing is extended only to approved businesses and is intended for resale, not personal use. We may request a valid resale certificate and may suspend or revoke dealer status at our discretion.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on live carrier rates. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier; contact us if a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive.

Product Reviews
Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with a product. We reserve the right to decline or remove reviews that are spam, abusive, unrelated to the product, or otherwise inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockline Supply Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
